3. Orders & Contract

3.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we email you confirmation.

 

3.2 If We Can’t Accept: We’ll inform you and won’t charge you.

 

3.3 Order Number: Please reference this in any communications.

4. Products

4.1 Images & Descriptions: Images are illustrative; actual products may vary slightly. Handmade items may have a 2% size/weight tolerance.

 

4.2 Packaging: May differ from website images.

 

4.3 Custom Orders: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

5. Changes

5.1 Your Changes: Contact us to request changes. We’ll confirm if possible and any impact on price/timing.

 

5.2 Our Changes:

  • Minor: To comply with laws or improve products (won’t affect use).

  • Significant: We’ll notify you. You may cancel for a refund if you don’t accept.

5.3 Digital Content Updates: We may update digital content to match its description.

6. Delivery & Supply

6.1 Delivery Costs: Shown at checkout.

 

6.2 Timing:

  • Goods: Delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Services: Start/completion dates as agreed.

  • Digital Content: Available after order acceptance.

  • Subscriptions: Supplied until completed, expired, or cancelled.

6.3 Delays: We’ll inform you of delays outside our control. You may cancel for a refund if there’s a substantial delay.

 

6.4 Collection: Available during business hours.

 

6.5 Missed Delivery: We’ll leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

 

6.6 Non-collection: We may charge for storage/redelivery or cancel the contract.

 

6.7 Access for Services: If you don’t provide access, we may charge extra or cancel.

 

6.8 Late Delivery: You may cancel if delivery is essential and we miss the deadline.

 

6.9 Returns After Late Delivery: We’ll refund and cover return costs if you cancel due to late delivery.

 

6.10 Responsibility & Ownership: You are responsible for goods once delivered; ownership passes after full payment.

 

6.11 Information Needed: If you don’t provide required details, we may cancel or charge extra.

 

6.12 Suspension: We may suspend supply for technical/legal reasons or non-payment (after notice).

7. Your Right to Cancel

7.1 General: You can end the contract in certain situations:

  • Faulty/misdescribed products (see Clause 10)

  • If we change terms or can’t deliver

  • If you change your mind (within 14 days, subject to exceptions)

7.2 Goodwill Guarantee: We offer a 30-day return period and cover return costs (more generous than the legal minimum).

 

7.3 Exceptions: No right to cancel for:

  • Consumables (e.g., strings, packaging)

  • Unsealed digital products or software

  • Completed services

  • Unsealed hygiene products

  • Mixed goods

7.4 How long to cancel:

  • Goods: 14 days from receipt (or last delivery for split orders)

  • Services: 14 days from order confirmation (no right after completion)

  • Digital content: 14 days from order, unless download/streaming started

7.5 Other Cancellations: You may cancel at any time before completion but may pay compensation for our costs.

8. How to Cancel & Return

8.1 To Cancel:

8.2 Returns: Return goods in person, by post, or request collection. Send returns within 14 days of cancellation.

 

8.3 Return Costs: We pay return costs if products are faulty, misdescribed, or if you cancel due to our changes/errors. Otherwise, you pay.

 

8.4 Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or your cancellation notice (for non-goods).

 

8.5 Deductions: We may reduce refunds for diminished value due to handling beyond what’s allowed in a shop. Delivery refunded at standard rate only.

9. Our Right to Cancel

9.1 We may cancel if:

  • You don’t pay or provide required information/access

  • You don’t collect goods

  • We withdraw the product (with 30 days’ notice)

9.2 Compensation: We may deduct reasonable costs from your refund if you break the contract.

10. Problems & Legal Rights

10.2 Your rights:

  • Goods: Must be as described, fit for purpose, and satisfactory quality.

  • Digital content: Must be as described and fit for purpose.

  • Services: Must be performed with reasonable care and skill.

10.3 Remedies: You may be entitled to repair, replacement, repeat service, price reduction, or refund.

 

10.4 Returns: We cover costs if you reject faulty/misdescribed products.

11. Price & Payment

11.1 Prices: Shown on the website, including VAT.

 

11.2 VAT Changes: We’ll adjust prices if VAT rates change before supply.

 

11.3 Pricing Errors: If we discover an error, we’ll contact you. We may cancel/refund if the error is obvious.

 

11.4 Payment:

  • Goods/digital content: Pay before dispatch/download.

  • Services: 50% advance, balance on completion (30 days to pay invoice).

11.5 Late Payment: We may charge interest at 5% above Bank of England base rate.

 

11.6 Invoice Disputes: No interest charged while disputed.

12. Liability

12.1 We’re liable for:

  • Foreseeable loss/damage due to our breach

  • Death/personal injury from our negligence

  • Fraud

  • Breach of your legal rights

12.2 Not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Losses not foreseeable at contract date

12.3 Property Damage: We’ll repair damage we cause during service, except pre-existing faults.

 

12.4 Digital Content: We’ll repair or compensate for damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

13. Personal Information

13.1 Privacy: We use your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Other Important Terms

14.1 Transfer: We may transfer our rights/obligations. You need our consent to transfer yours (except for guarantees).

 

14.2 Third Parties: Only you and we have rights under this contract.

 

14.3 Severability: If any part is unlawful, the rest remains in force.

 

14.4 Delay in Enforcement: We can still enforce the contract later if we delay.

 

14.5 Law & Jurisdiction: English law applies. You may bring proceedings in England, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.

 

14.6 Dispute Resolution: You may use alternative dispute resolution or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
